Sanofi-Aventis

In early 2009 Sanofi-Aventis completed the acquisition of the leading generic drug manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe, Zentiva. Shortly thereafter, Colliers International was exclusively appointed to represent Sanofi-Aventis while merging the Sanofi and Zentiva offices in Prague. 

Based on our knowledge of the Prague market and our negotiation strategy, Colliers was able to successfully close the lease at a very attractive rental price and rent free period. Colliers saved the client approximately EUR 300,000 over the entire lease term. The client now rents space in a modern office building Argo Alpha located at Prague 6.

Apple

Colliers International Czech Republic has arranged for Czech Data Systems to move to The Park, a brand-new office center in Prague 4 - Chodov. The head office of CDS, the sole distributor of Apple's entire product range in the Czech Republic, will be placed there from October 2008. 

One of the most important requirements of the company was to shift its office closer to other companies from the IT branch. The Park project, already occupied by companies such as Dell, IBM and Sony, was for our client the most logical and optimal solution.

Mary Kay

Filip Rerko of Colliers International helped Mary Kay to rellocate its headquarters from Prague 6 to Prague 5 - Andel. The client's assigment was to get Mary Kay closer to the city centre.

Citibank

Colliers International was retained by Citibank to provide a feasibility study and tenant representation services for its proposed headquarters relocation in Prague. The final result was the most attractive lease terms achieved in the market at that time.

Colliers also managed the process of outsourcing Citibank's call centre to one of the regions. After screening all major markets in the Czech republic, Brno was selected as the most suitable option, offering high quality office space and well educated labour force.

Deutsche Boerse

Deutsche Börse approached Colliers with a need to open a new office in Prague for its subsidiary Clearstream International.

Rott, Ruzicka & Guttmann

Colliers International exclusively represented the recognized Czech legal firm Rott, Ruzicka & Guttman in relocation to brand new premises in Prague 2. Taking the client's core business into account, we were assigned to find premises with a certain "spirit". Our position was strenghtened thanks to the clients willingness to sign a long-term lease contract.

Sanoma Magazines

Sanoma Magazines retained the services of Colliers International to prepare an analysis of Sanoma's space utilization for its headquarters location in Prague 4. Colliers provided a facilities review along with a space optimization plan that identified various cost containment strategies. Colliers is currently engaged to sublease 1,036 sqm of space for Sanoma with an aim to save over € 1,200,000.00 over the balance of the lease term. Additional space optimization plans are being developed on an ongoing basis.
